Some days we don't feel to get all dressed up. We know we have many ups and downs with errands to do and understand that we have an image to be mindful of, but we just don't feel to go over board with the dressing. Honestly..some days we just want to put on clothes and go! 
So what's better than a simple solution! A denim shirt dress with polka dot print is not only easy to wear but also doesn't consume much time or effort to accessorize.  The use of brown & gold accessories still keep the outfit cute but subtle. Everything about this outfit is easy, and let's face it some days we just don't need  all the fuss but still want to be seen as our trendy selves!

This time of year is all about having a little glitz and glam. Let's not forget the color of Christmas is red so why not be chic while still keeping with the spirit of the season. Tis the season of great cheer and style!

So in this segment of How 2 Wear, I wanted to use basic pieces and create great wearable looks. Here I highlighted the tapestry print skater skirt. Floral prints are part of the 'in thing' when it comes to fashion but they are usually in brighter hues than the ones used here. I wanted to illustrate the usage of a toned down floral print skirt in two settings and make the looks cool and casual but also demure.
The first look is great for day time outings or running errands, I love seeing oxford flats with skirts. The second look is great for evening gatherings or those elegantly casual events, a blazer definitely adds some deeper definition to the whole look.  These looks are absolutely worth the try!

Pairing lace shorts with a tailored jacket gives a great sense of sophistication.  Use nude flats with a pastel colored clutch and you definitey got a sweet look!
